You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Verify your email to activate all features.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. CheckList is a single-user personal task tool — no sharing, teams, or multi-tenancy is provided.
You retain ownership of the task titles and notes you create. We store them solely to provide the service to you.
We aim to keep CheckList available, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts access.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
